Yes, it’s that time of year again. Here are some tips for making it as easy & stress-free as possible.
Flower essences are a safe & effective self-help tool for exam stress. Rescue Remedy is an old standby of course. In fact, I first discovered flower essences when I was doing my finals at university and someone advised me to take Rescue Remedy. Despite the combination of 10 exams and a distinct lack of revision, I was remarkably calm about the whole thing (in marked contrast to my housemates who were falling apart all over the place despite having only one or two exams each).
Cognis Essence from the Australian Bush range of flower remedies improve the effectiveness of your revising & enhance your exam performance. It contains a combination of essences that help improve clarity & focus, & enhance the ability to learn & absorb information. It can even help some people with dyslexia.
Exhaustion from stress & overwork often goes along with studying for exams. Olive (Bach range) can be a good remedy to take, or there are a few therapies which can help.
The BioEnergiser & cranio-sacral therapy can help boost energy levels as well as combating stress. Other therapies you might want to consider include acupuncture & reflexology.
(Flower remedies are available from most local health food shops.)
