Cooking - Bad for our Immune System?

Every time we eat cooked food, immune cells rush to our digestive system as if our body has been invaded.  Scientists used to think that this was normal until they discovered that it didn’t happen when raw food was eaten.  It also doesn’t happen if you eat something raw before eating something cooked.
