If you want to eat healthily but have a sweet tooth, these workshops are for you.
Come along and learn how to make a range of delicious, easy, no-cook desserts and chocolates. All are sugar, dairy and wheat-free, vegan and mostly raw.

Great for those with food sensitivities, health conditions such as diabetes, and for children.  Recipes include: Chocolate Truffles, Lemon Cheesecake, Strawberry Mousse, Summer Pudding, Chocolate Mousse, Coffee Cake and more…

  • Find out what to use instead of sugar, honey, dried fruit & high-fructose sweeteners (yes, there are natural alternatives to all these out there!).
  • Discover the secret to giving your recipes a creamy ‘dairy’ taste without using any dairy.
  • Learn how to make simple no-cook pie crusts and flan bases free from wheat.

Next date: CHOCOLATE-MAKING WORKSHOP, Friday 16 Nov 2007, 6.30-9.00pm, Muswell Hill N10.  Cost: 30 pounds.  We will learn how to make Chocolate Ganache, a couple of simple truffle recipes, White Chocolate and Tutti Frutti Truffles (a great recipe for Christmas). Lots of tastings!
