Liz qualified in Massage and Reflexology in 1992 and has been in practice ever since. She is a member of the professional organisation Embody and abides by their code of ethics.
Liz uses light to firm pressure as required, but specialises in deep tissue massage of chronic tension areas such as the shoulders. Choose from whole body massage or focus on a specific area such as the back. For more information, look at her website.
Sessions last from 45 minutes (£30.00) to 105 minutes (£59.00). The most popular sessions are 60 minutes (£38.00) and 75 minutes (£53.00).
