Who can benefit from reflexology?
Suitable for people of all ages, reflexology can bring relief from a wide range of acute and chronic conditions as well as providing deep relaxation. For specific conditions it is recommended that you follow a course of 6 to 8 treatments for maximum effect, and many people find it beneficial to continue with ongoing regular treatments in order to maintain health and well-being.
A treatment
The first session takes around an hour, and is longer than subsequent treatments which are normally 40 minutes, as I take notes on your medical history, lifestyle etc. Each session costs £35.00. Treatment is extremely relaxing, pain free and involves lying on a special couch (with all your clothes on except your shoes and socks!) having your feet massaged in a specific way. Many people feel a sense of well-being and relaxation immediately after just one treatment.
