On Wednesdays during March, at Muswell Healing Arts (on Avenue Mews in Muswell Hill), I will be available to talk to you (free) about this groundbreaking approach or to offer a reduced rate ½ hour session for £10.Sensorial re-education is neither a manual therapy, nor psychotherapy, or an education : it is a bit of all three at the same time I use touch, movement and words to :
• bring relief to physical pain whether acute or chronic
• support you in the psychological difficulties you may be experiencing
• support you through a major life change
• help you to learn from the experience of your body for your life.
This approach is particularly effective if you are suffering from stress and related symptoms, such as insomnia, anxiety and appetite disorders, or from a variety of ailments which separately may seem unimportant but added together contribute to making you feel a sense of unease, as though you were out of sync with yourself.
